The space Step through the main entrance into a light-filled lounge designed for relaxation, complete with comfortable seating, Foxtel entertainment, and a toy cupboard to keep little ones entertained. This welcoming area opens to a second sitting zone and an open-plan kitchen and dining space, where modern appliances and generous seating create the perfect hub for shared meals and conversation. Wide sliding doors invite the outdoors in, leading to the pool, deck, and lawn for easy-flow living. The alfresco area overlooks tropical gardens and the sparkling pool — an inviting setting for barbecues, lazy lunches, or morning coffee between refreshing dips in your private pool. In the main residence, the primary suite features a walk-in robe and ensuite, while two additional bedrooms — one with two singles and another with one — share a central bathroom. Beyond the deck, the self-contained studio offers extra privacy, complete with its own ensuite and direct access to the pool and garden — ideal for grandparents, older children, or guests. All living areas and bedrooms are air-conditioned, except the third single room, ensuring comfort in every season.
