The studio is fully equipped, very cool in summer. It is absolutely quiet. The space A stone's throw from Le Mourillon, in a very quiet and residential area, the studio is on the ground floor of our house. Featuring a garden with lilacs and roses and a barbecue. You can also park your vehicle or boat, if needed. A stone's throw from the beaches of Mourillon, Magaux beach, a few meters from shops (food, pharmacy...). It has an equipped kitchen, shower and air conditioning. Rental includes linens and towels. The neighborhood is where artists once created (Mayol, Fernandel, Sardou), a few meters from the Théâtre de Verdure. It's a neighborhood of memories... Several buses (31, 7) will take you to the city and to the SNCF train station and bus station. Guest access You have access of course to the studio, the laundry room, in which there is a freezer and the garden in front of the accommodation.
