Cozy house situated in the heart of a typical Ticino village in Val Blenio. Easy access to a lot of beautiful paths, stunning view on the Alps. Hiking, skiing, biking, kayaking. Very quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to groceries. The space The house is a cozy little space, ideal for a family or a couple looking for a quiet space to relax. The main floor is an open area with a kitchen (oven, electrical cooktop), dining space and living room. There is a beautiful view to the Simano montain from the dining table, and a fireplace in the living room. The upstairs (steep stairs) has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (bath/shower/WC). The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom is spacious with a bunkbed, a single bed and desk. There is an unusual layout for the bathroom which is only accessible through the master bedroom. There is a pullout couch on the main floor, for an extra bed if needed. Guest access The whole first floor and second floor is available to the guests. The attic is not available to the guests. Other things to note -the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a meal -bed linens and towels are furnished This is our house, and we are happy to welcome guest in our private space. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and we request our guests to respect the neighbours by generally keeping quiet in and outside the house, especially in the evenings.
