This is a 1bd home with a queen bed as well as a queen pull out couch (very nice & comfortable). Guests will receive a unique access code for entry. PARKING - DO NOT PARK IN DRIVEWAY OR GRAVEL LOT DIRECTLY BEHIND CARRIAGE HOUSE!!! Guests have available parking in the paved lot to the side. Other things to note The home is accessed via stairs. There are no other stairs within the home. **DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF GARAGE - There is free parking in the paved lot to the north of garage. All guests must be accounted for in the booking. Any extra guests must be approved by the host prior to check-in. No parties or loud/obnoxious behavior.
