The space This is an approximately 1,000 sq ft daylight private basement apartment. You have your very own: 1) private entrance with keyless entry (we provide you an access code before check-in), 2) private off-street parking in our backyard on our RV pad, 3) FULL kitchen (stovetop/oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink), and 4) double vanity bathroom. This is a large private space all to yourself. In it you'll enjoy your own bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed, kitchen with a Keurig/kettle to make coffee & tea (both provided) as well as cookware/utensils needed for cooking food. There is also a living area with two Sealy sofa beds (one of them is a standard queen, the other is a smaller full-sized futon), coffee table, laptop friendly dining table and chairs, WiFi access and Cable TV. You'll also find a toaster, pots, pans, plates and utensils, etc. Coffee, teas, and hot chocolate are also provided in addition to some basic cooking essentials. Other things to note Other amenities we supply (in addition to those listed under "Amenities": Pillows, Bedding/Blankets, Extra Space Heaters, Shampoo & Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap, Hand Lotion, Pots & Pans, Cooking Utensils, Cutlery Block, Plates/Bowls/Cups, Coffee Maker/Pods, Hair Dryer, 2 Luggage Racks, Iron & Ironing Board). This is a basement apartment in our home (we live upstairs). We have a child and a dog and you will definitely hear footsteps and pawsteps/play/excitement above during daytime hours. Please note that guests are NOT PERMITTED TO BRING PETS. The only area we'll share is the backyard and you will likely see our dog outside at some point. We ask that you please don’t allow him into the apartment. Quiet hours are between 10:30pm-6:30am. And speaking of the backyard, the door to the apartment opens directly to our backyard. Please don't leave the door open for any extended period of time if you don't want bugs flying in. This short-term rental is legally permitted by Sandy City short-term rental permit SUP-08-19-005714 and short-term rental business license 153495. Any short-term rental in Sandy City operating without a permit and business license number included within its online advertisement is operating illegally. Renters beware.
