Located in the municipality of Sintra, just 40 minutes from Lisbon, this house offers a truly unique experience – perched on the cliffs, with the ocean right at your feet. Um Lugar ao Sol is more than just a place to stay – it’s your peaceful retreat between sea and mountains. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking for natural beauty, calm, and a touch of magic. The space Our house offers two bedrooms - one with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a suite with two single beds (90x200), one of the beds is underneath and can be pulled out – ideal for kids or friends. We have two full bathrooms. The house is ideal for a couple with two children, or a couple traveling with another adult – providing both space and privacy for a relaxing stay by the sea. Guest access The patio is shared with the neighboring houses, but our guests have their own dedicated outdoor area with a table and chairs – perfect for relaxing meals, a glass of wine at sunset, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze in complete privacy. Other things to note NOTES: 》It should be noted that Sintra charges a city tax for overnight stays - 2€ per person/per night. The amount will be included in the reservation, so guests arriving at our house will not have to worry about bureaucracies. 》For security reasons, for us and the other residents around the house, only guests included in the reservation are allowed in our house. It is not allowed to bring other people without our consent. 》Please check that the number of guests indicated in the booking is correct before finalizing the reservation: we sometimes receive reservations for 1 guest only, having to send a message asking if in fact there is only 1 guest (in most cases there are more). Please note that the price changes according to the number of guests. 》All guests, including children, are required to present a valid identification document. 》We do not have room service.
