A cot with bedding is available for infants under 2yrs free of charge. Also a bed guard and highchair. Please let me know in advance if cot is required. A dog is acceptable with prior notice A code is provided for the front door and key to the bedroom door. There is a sitting room available for socialising with other guests. This is a registered B&B, and has all fire precautions in place. Fully insured and meeting all health & safety requirements Guest access Guest can access their room, laundry and sitting room. There is a key in lock box for bedroom door and code for entrance door which is changed on every guests departure.
