The apartment is well equipped with all required materials. sufficiently lighted, but simple. It is situated on the top of a hill, absolutely serene, peaceful, all nature surrounds, no sound or any pollution at all, yet right in the heart of the city of Kuala Lumpur. Takes 10 to 15 minutes to go to KLCC Twin Tower. The space The environment surrounding the apartment building is simply unique. There is well known Club Darul Ehsan within walking distance with a golf course also having a driving range on the water. Guest access Common areas of the Living room, dining area, kitchenette, balcony. During your stay Host will be staying in one room of the apartment. Host will also be available for any support to the guest/s. Mr Zaman, my husband is a retired diplomat, will be present to manage everything for our guest including airport pick up and drop off with extra charge (of $50 each way). Other things to note 1) Security Access card, keys if lost must pay the replacement cost of US$ 25. 2) Breakfast will be available on a self- help basis, Tea/Coffee, Milk-cereal, toast, eggs and jam batter, cost US$7. 3) Room cleaning after one's usage. Washer is available. 4) Damarage charges will be there, and will be charged according to the value of the good/s damaged.
