Very spacious 90 m2 apartment with 4 real double bedrooms, quiet and air-conditioned, located in the Mourillon district of Toulon. Everything can be done on foot: go to the beach, the port, the restaurant, have a drink, go shopping, to the bakery, to the typical southern market... in short, a real vacation ;-) Easy and free parking. The space Ideal for families, the 90 m2 apartment, located on the 4th floor with elevator of a luxury building, is very spacious and offers great services: air conditioning, home cinema with video projector, all the necessary appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fiber optics and WIFI... in short, nothing is missing. Can accommodate 8 people without problem in 4 real bedrooms, each with a double bed of very good quality, a smart TV, a desk and storage, a duvet, a mattress and 2 pillows. Travel cot available upon request with possible surcharge. We pay particular attention to the well-being of our tenants, and we are very responsive. We only rent the property for 6 or 7 weeks in the summer and spend one or two weeks there as a family because we love the place. That's why we make sure it's perfectly maintained and that nothing is missing. We favor families because it is important for us to respect the quietness of the building and not disturb the neighborhood. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment! Other things to note Ability to go live. The apartment must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived. Linens (sheets/towels) ARE NOT INCLUDED but offered as an option (€100) The cleaning fee is also optional at €100. In any case, we count on the respect of our guests to return the apartment in a decent and tidy condition (dishwasher emptied, trash cans emptied and removed, etc.). Cleaning products provided.
