The space Ideal for families, the 90 m2 apartment, located on the 4th floor with elevator of a luxury building, is very spacious and offers beautiful services: air conditioning, home cinema with video projector, all the necessary appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fiber optics and WIFI... in short, nothing is missing. Can accommodate 8 people without problem in 4 real bedrooms each with a very good quality double bed, a smart TV, a desk and storage, a duvet, a mattress pad and 2 pillows. Travel cot available upon request with possible surcharge. We pay particular attention to the well-being of our tenants and are very responsive. We only rent the property for 6 or 7 weeks in the summer and spend one or two weeks there ourselves as a family because we love the place. That's why we make sure it's perfectly maintained and that nothing is missing. We give priority to families because it is important for us to respect the quietness of the building and not to disturb the neighborhood. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment!
