Please note that we're not located directly in the city center so check our location before booking. The space This spacious 75 m² apartment is designed for comfort, simplicity and practicality. It is not a luxury accommodation, but offers everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay in Amsterdam. This ground floor apartment features three separate bedrooms, a living and dining area, a private kitchen (with gas stove and combi microwave), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Ideal for families and groups of 6–8 guests who prefer staying together rather than booking multiple hotel rooms. The apartment is basic but comfortable: clean, functional and generously sized, with plenty of space to relax after a day in the city. Located on a unique urban farm, you will enjoy a quiet, green environment with animals and open space — a very different experience from a typical citytrip. There is a big terrace with a barbecue for our guests to enjoy. For kids outdoor toys are provide and they can play in the big field. At a 2-minute walk there is a natural playground. Families are at the heart of our hospitality, which is why we're more than happy to provide baby beds, high chairs, and a changing mattress upon request. Guest access You will have the entire apartment privately for your group, ensuring comfort and privacy during your stay. The apartment is located in a building with a total of 7 apartments, each with its own private entrance, so you can come and go independently. Guests also have access to a shared washing machine and dryer, which can be used during your stay. Other things to note Free parking is available about 300 meters from the entrance (rare in Amsterdam). Paid parking is available closer by. An EV charging point is located nearby. We offer a quiet, family-friendly stay. Parties, drug use and disruptive behaviour are not allowed. Our location is part of a natural urban farm environment. The grounds are intentionally green and biodiverse, which means you may occasionally encounter insects or small animals. In summer, mosquitoes can be present due to nearby water. Chickens roam freely on the property and may approach you — they are friendly and harmless.
