Air filter machines/ fans throughout the home and in bedrooms. Water-saving shower head and toilet. Smart locks for bedroom and main entry. Heat is kept at 68-70 degrees during the day and 66 degrees at night. Security cameras are recording outside. International flags walkway awaits your arrival. No cleaning fee. Close to downtown. Guest access Bedroom, 2nd-floor bathroom, 2nd-floor living room, and front porch. There is no backyard, no attic, no kitchen, and no basement access. Security cameras are present at the exterior and motion sensors inside of my home. (Shared halls) During your stay Self check-in. I will not be available to my guests. Security cameras are exterior and motion sensors in common areas inside my home. Other things to note Security cameras are placed on exterior porches, sides, and exterior doorways. Motion sensors in common shared spaces and inside halls. Please do not bring extra guests on my property or in my home. Please do not occupy the room spaces every day. Limited Wi-Fi and utilities. No Smoking in my home and on my property. There will be a $400 charge if this house rule is broken!!! Heat is kept at 68-70 degrees during the day and 66 degrees at night.
