Perfect for short-term stay, close to University and City Centre with frequent bus service available. The bedroom has double bed, desk, hangrail and drawers provided. Other private areas include spacious lounge, modern kitchen and shower bathroom. included in price: council tax, broadband, gas, water, electricity (*fair usage policy). The space Unlike most student homes in the local area we provide very generous shared living space, also with our business (open during weekdays) below you can feel comfortable with the knowledge of added security. Guest access The staying guests will have access to the backyard, and shared private corridor with business on the ground floor level. The first and second floor level is private for the flat occupant, comprising of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room space. There is free street parking available to the front and side of the property. Other things to note There is a grab & go coffee business located on ground level with shared corridor to rear entrance. We kindly request any guest staying to be mindful of their noise levels. Also, 10% discount available to our staying guest for any coffee drinks purchases, orders can be taken from ground floor during business opening hours 😉 * As part of due diligence, the host verifies all staying guests ahead of arrival by requesting passport or driving licence ID (UK Only) to be uploaded on Airbnb chat portal AFTER booking completion - this is to safeguard against any misuse of Airbnb accounts. Any guest who requests stay for longer than 7-days, non-UK national OR with few or NO reviews will be asked to state the purpose of stay and required to upload a picture/screenshot of either proof of address/employment/study AFTER booking confirmation. Incase a Company/Educational institute is booking on behalf of an employee/student, they would require also to provide ID for the occupant(s) whom would be staying. * Please inform the host of the luggage/items you are planning on bringing for your stay. If you are between property moves, any big luggage/items you may have can be stored at additional cost from £10 per day. * If you request for check-in outside of our stated hours, this would carry an additional charge £25 OR may be declined based on availability of the host. * Any date change request after booking by the guest for reduction in stay, unless mutually agreed, would carry administration charge £35 **fair usage policy on all metered utilities, the guest will be briefed on this upon arrival.
