Big double room next to Hackney Downs

Hi! This is large double room with kingsize bed, available for roughly a month from July 18th. I have three friendly housemates (all girls) but the house is pretty big; it has two bathrooms and a large living room and shared kitchen so your stay will feel private. If you're WFH, I have a desk and good office chair setup, with 300 Mbps broadband for those who love to Zoom. The pictures are of the room + house "lived in" but the room and bedding will be sparkling clean for your arrival! The space There are four in the house in total. Everyone is between late 20s, early 30s, friendly and considerate. We try to leave a "clean campsite" when using the common areas of the house which you have access to. We've got a great living room which has turned into a make shift yoga studio during lockdown and garden, which for certain hours of the day is suitable for sun bathing! We have a cleaner who comes twice a month who does a deep clean of all the troublesome areas, but in general, we try to maintain a high standard of cleanliness during the interim. The house has a large kitchen which you'll be welcome to use, and a normal sized fridge of which half will be yours. We've got a utility room, with washer and ironing board, and plenty of drying racks to go with it. In terms of rules, due to COVID we don't want too many people in the house so unfortunately we won't be allowing plus ones for now. Guest access Area is well connected via the overground and bus services into central. We do have parking available if required but there may be a charge for permits as they have to be ordered in. During your stay I'll be away for the duration but with everyone "WFH" then there should be no problem helping you out if need be. Having said that I'll still be contactable throughout your stay.
