Villa Matella | Traditional Stone House

Villa Matella is the only stone beach house at Kalami that has remained in its original design for more than 300 years. Its the first native house of the village, built by our great grandfather Dimitros. A large kitchen, four traditional bedrooms, all of them nice and cool with five air conditions, two bathrooms and a shaded courtyard under a walnut tree, are making the property ideal for those who wish original Corfiot atmosphere, two steps away from the beach. The space Villa Matella has an apartment with four bedrooms. One of them is the master bedroom, with a king size double bed, two of them have two single beds each, and the fourth bedroom has one single bed. It has three main doors, two front doors at the main court yard with a shady large dining area, and one back door that leads directly to the beach. A spacious kitchen accommodates comfortably seven people and, together with two bathrooms, make a very comfortable apartment by the beach for families and friends in original Corfiot atmosphere. Guest access Villa Matella is a two-story stone house. The independent apartment on the ground floor has a private entrance and is at full disposal of the guests, including the big outdoor dining area in front of it. The host, Vera, lives on the first and second floor of the Villa and uses a different entrance. Also, Villa Matella is fully customised to accommodate guests with special needs. Other things to note Vera, your host, lives in the apartment above and she is always willing to help. Our 50‎€ cleaning fee covers the cost of our housekeeping service and cleaning supplies.
