100 year old farmhouse completely restored and furnished with family antiques. Homecooked breakfast delivered two mornings or vouchers to local eateries when host unavailable. Located inTexas Hill Country within minutes of Kerrville, Fredericksburg and Comfort. Away from all of the hustle-bustle but wineries, shopping, dining all close by. Great place to relax and unwind. Kitchen fully furnished. Luxury linens and toiletries. Come enjoy the peace and quiet! The space Our B & B is located at the entrance of a family farm halfway between Kerrville and Comfort. Wrap up in a quilt on chilly days in front of the stone fireplace or kick back on the screened porch when the weather is great (most of the year!) Delight in the constant buzz of our hummingbirds or occasional sightings of the stunning painted buntings. Away from all the city lights, star gazing is a favorite past time. The perfect place to get away with that favorite book and glass of wine or a home base to hit all the local eateries, wineries and musical events. Need to work awhile? Wi-fi access and an antique desk provide the perfect space if needed. Guest access You will have the privacy of the whole house to yourself! Other things to note While we have two bedrooms with queen beds, my daughter and I have hosted many "girlfriend" weekends here. The pull out sofa in living room is a queen and is actually pretty comfortable.
