Renter must provide a copy of Government photo ID before Check-in. Please bring along Bed sheets, Bath/Beach towels - everything else is supplied. Pets- Only Smaller breed minimal shedding dogs allowed - and Only with prior approval from owners. Minimum 1 week stay during July/August. Rates vary through the year, so please check on calendar. Weekly summer rentals run from Saturday 3pm to following Sat 11am. Smoking- Outside only. Guest access Guests have access to entire house and property. Beautiful wide sandy beach and lake.
