The space This 1000+ sq ft rental has been recently renovated. It is fully furnished and has modern decor, 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each room, 1 bathroom, large closets, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, RO water and Ice, dishwasher, living room, access to free shared washer & dryer. Wi-fi, Cable TV, Housekeeping Service Available. 1 acre beautiful backyard has a country view including, trees, chickens and a Zen garden. Large ground level patio, with outdoor heaters, Gas BBQ Grill. Must be able to go down one flight of stairs - its a lower level, basement apartment. It is below ground level of a 2 family home (attached to the main home), separate entrance, windows in every room to allow natural light in, but no views being downstairs. There is an additional $50 fee monthly per pet ( it is listed as the resort fee ). Dogs must be on leash at all times in back yard. Guest access Outdoor Fireplace, Gas BBQ for grilling, Patios, Zen Garden, Off Street Parking. The neighborhood has a country feeling, with horseback riders on the street. No sidewalks in our area in front of home - sidewalks leading to fun bike paths within 1/4 mile of the property. Other things to note There is an additional $50 per month rental fee for pets. We will send a request for the pet fee if you have pets. For weekly reservations we require $250 for a damage deposit, and for monthly rentals $500 for a damage deposit, by keeping a credit card on file. Any claims that are not resolved between the guest and host will be processed through Airbnb. Upon final inspection, if any damage, it may be charged to the credit card on file, up to the deposit amount. Thank you.
