The renovation carried out in 2013 made it possible to preserve a testimony of Auvergne architecture: stones, boat hull structure, slates... It also made it possible to bring light with a resolutely modern fully glazed gable. The space The ground floor consists of two bedrooms with 2 beds of 90 cm, a bathroom with shower, separate toilets, a laundry room and a large hall game room opening onto the terrace. The 1st floor 60 m2, in one piece, is dedicated to the living room, dining room and fully equipped semi-open kitchen, it is overlooked by a large mezzanine. Pleasant place to stay with the presence of a fireplace stove and a magnificent unobstructed view of the valley and surrounding woods. The large mezzanine consists of an office area, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a bathroom, with shower and toilet. The ground floor opens onto a terrace, an inner courtyard and a lawn. Table, chairs, armchairs, parasols and barbecue are at your disposal. Guest access The accommodation, which we always call La Grange, independent, is fully available to visitors: house, courtyard, terrace and lawn. Other things to note The Grange is located in a hamlet (8 houses) at an altitude of 680 m near Saint Martin Valmeroux (7 km) and Saint Cernin (12 km) where you will find all the shops as well as a heated swimming pool (swimming lessons possible). Also present: doctors, dentist, pharmacy... A little further, 17 km away, you can visit the medieval village of Salers, as well as many castles, Romanesque churches and cheese producers...
