''Roza studios'' is a family run property, located at the top of the old village in Benitses center. It consists of 6 independent room-studios, surrounded by a peaceful and full of olive trees environment, a beautiful flower garden and a stunning view of the Ionian sea. This place, just a 5 minutes walk, from the beach, is ideal for those who want to find friendly and helpful hosts and spend a relaxing vacation, gazing at the sunrise and the picturesque village of Benitses. The space The property is a part of ''Rozas's home and studios'' complex. Built in 1980, it consists of the ground and the top floor. All the bathrooms have been recently renovated while the rest of the building is very well maintained by its owners who make every effort to go even further every year! The 20 sqm, self-catering room-studio, can accommodate 2 guests. It offers a well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils such as (plates, knives, forks, glasses, pot , pan, two elecric cooking rings, kettle, fridge) a flat screen TV, an aircontition, a bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet) a hair dryer, two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, floor lamps and a private balcony(The balcony has partitions in order to offer privacy to the guests). *The main entrance(private) is from the back side of the property. *All our rooms, including those on the ground floor are bright and sunny with sea and village view. *Wifi internet connection is provided, free of charge. *A baby cot is provided, after request.(free of charge). *There is a possibility to choose a double bed. Let us know if you prefer two single or one double). *Concerning the double bed, we join the 2 single beds, attaching the bed frames together and turn them into double.The narrow gap at the middle is filled with soft material in order to be more comfortable. Guest access Guests have full access at the room-studio, at everything is provided in the list and at all the areas they can see in the photos. *All the areas around Rozas studios (gardens, parking) are shared only with Aroni's family and ''Roza's' home and studios '' guests. *A private free parking is provided.( Next to the complex). Other things to note ** Important things to know ** Please keep in mind that all the streets in the village are quite narrow. Nevertheless, the area to the house is accesible by car either by the small streets through the village (300 m from the main road) or by a route around the village where you can skip entering from it (almost 1 km away from the main road). What we recommend our guests is using the ring road (easier driving route) if they prefer to come or leave Benitses by car and walk through the traditional village to go to restaurants, minimarkets, the central beach of Benitses, as car in this case, is not needed. Another thing to keep in mind, is that some parts of the walking route to the house, are uphill. This, maybe incommode οlder people walking updown Benitses center.
