The space The Villa The Villa, distributed along the hilly profile, has been designed for comfortable stays during all four seasons. The main access to the property is from the lower part, where the parking lot is located, suitable for 4 – 6 cars. Interior The Villa offers large elegant and cozy spaces, including 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms Bedroom 1 – This large room has a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cubicle, and French doors with direct access to the garden. Bedroom 2 - This room has a comfortable double bed, private bathroom and French windows with direct access to the garden. Bedroom 3 - This room has a comfortable French bed, a private bathroom and French doors with direct access to the garden. Bedroom 4 - This large room has a comfortable double bed, a bathroom just outside the room and French doors with direct access to the garden. Bedroom 5 - This room has a comfortable double bed. Bedroom 6 - This room has two comfortable single beds and a private bathroom. Room 7 - This room has two comfortable single beds. The large living room with fireplace has three comfortable sofas, several armchairs, a TV, and a stereo to listen to music and relax. In addition, it is illuminated by three large French windows that offer access to the two gardens and a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher and large stove, is located next to two cozy dining areas. The first, inside, is furnished with an elegant table that can accommodate 8-10 people; the second, outside, offers an equally spacious table (8-10 people), ideal for enjoying outdoor breakfasts or dinners overlooking the garden and the sea. Exteriors Outside, the Villa is surrounded by two large gardens, with relaxation areas furnished with comfortable sofas, deckchairs and hammocks perfect for enjoying convivial moments. The spaces also include large grassy areas, perfect for children, and two large panoramic terraces. The entire area is immersed in nature, surrounded by maritime pines, bougainvillea and Mediterranean plants, offering an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. From every corner, you can admire a breathtaking view of the National Park and the islands of Ponza, Palmarola and Zannone, for a unique experience of peace and beauty. At night, the gardens are transformed into an enchanted corner, where the starry sky offers an incredible spectacle, making the stay even more magical. Location The Villa is a few minutes' drive from the historic center of San Felice Circeo (10 min) and the Port (15 min) where guests can enjoy fresh fish meals, walks along the short streets of the center and boat trips to the magical islands of Ponza and Palmarola. Access to the nearest sea, 'Le Batterie', is only 900 meters from the Villa. To reach it, you need to take a paved descent from the road that will lead you to a corner of paradise: a small stretch of coastline framed by a suggestive cliff, with two natural coves that open onto pebble beaches. Here, the crystal clear sea invites you to explore its seabed, making it perfect for an unforgettable snorkeling session.
