Living area 70 m2 The space The Apartment ★ Modern 70 m² apartment with balcony on the 4th floor in the city center of Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. ★ A double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa as a sleepingchair in the living room make 5 people possible . ★ The living contains a small worktable and an 82-inch flat screen. SAT receiver, WLAN and Netflix are available in the apartment. ★ The kitchen has all the amenities with a separate dining table and seating. Basic groceries (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, coffee, tea) are provided. ★ The modern bathroom has a shower. ★ An extra bed/playpen (up to 15 kg) can be provided for our little guests on request. ★ Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the street while having breakfast in the sun or in the evening with a glass of wine on your own balcony. ★ Non-smoking household! The Environment ★ The apartment is only 2 minutes’ walk from the old town. Shops (clothing, supermarket, etc.) and lots of restaurants and bars are just around the corner. Lindwurm and CityArkaden are within walking distance. ★ The Wörthersee and Minimundus can be reached in a few minutes by bike. City bikes can be rented in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. ★ PARKING: There is a short-term parking zone directly in front of the accommodation, where you can park for a fee from MON-FRI from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on SAT from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. There is no parking fee on Sundays and public holidays. There are also paid parking garages a few minutes' walk from the apartment ★ Bus stop is in front of the property ★ The train station is approx. 850 m away - so it can be reached on foot in approx. 11 minutes
