Beautiful flat on lake Zurich

The flat is the whole top floor of a beautiful and modern villa directly on the lake Zurich. The whole front towards the lake are floor to ceiling windows with access to the balcony overlooking the garden and the lake. The flat is accessible by lift. The space It's a modern villa on the lake – built only 8 years ago. You will have access to a lift that takes you directly to the top floor. The two floors underneath are inhabited by my mother, who is a great host. It's one large loft space that has sliding doors to close the bedroom off, the bed is 160 cm wide. The bathroom is separate as well and is all fitted out with luxurious grey sandstone. There is a comfortable double bed and enough storage to put your clothes away. The main part comprises a modern kitchen with great appliances (and Nespresso coffee machine) and a round dining table. Next to the dining table is a sofa and a TV. The whole loft space is overlooking the lake. A full length balcony gives you breathtaking views. Guest access If you travel by car you can park your car on our grounds. Access to your flat is from the ground floor directly to the top floor via a lift.
