It is located in the West part of town,in very safe and peaceful neighborhood, close to market Studenac and beaches(Hula-Hula, President beach, Falko bar are aprox 7min away)... It consists of one bedroom with queen sized bed, cozy living room with flat LCD TV with variety of satellite channels and exit to balcony with outdoor furniture, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and additional toilet. The space Apartment has 70m2, it is very spacey and comfortable and we rent it for two persons or families with children exclusively ..It has balcony for enjoying the most beautiful views of sea and Paklinski islands and also large terrace on the other side of apartment to enjoy your meals together in privacy .. Bedroom is equipped with queen sized bed and plenty of wardrobe space plus work desk with chair. Living area is large with corner set couch and flat LCD TV with variety of satellite channels. From bedroom and living room there is exit to balcony and balcony is set with outdoor furniture for enjoying the view of marine aquatics. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and there is also washing machine for your laundry. Bathroom is with tub and next to it there is an additional toilet. On the Northern side of apartment, there is a large terrace from where you actually enter this apartment and it is also very private and seclude and in the shade most of the day, so ideal for having meals together. Apartment has air con unit centrally placed in living area so it cools/heats the whole space. Guest access Apartment is accessible from South and North side of house. North side usually use guests who arrive with vehicles because there is parking place above the house. Other things to note Guests need to use stairs to get to apartment. WIFI password will be provided to guests upon arrival to apartment
