Gonzalez Convention Center: 7 min (3.3 miles) The space Our home is a 1929 Craftsman Cottage, restored & designed specifically for our guests to have nothing less than a great experience. While our property is in the heart of the St. Mary’s strip, it is very safe. We have a large secured fenced-in patio with locks so you can hang out and people watch or just enjoy the nice breeze outside. You can hear the music from the porch, but our home is fully insulated so you won’t have to worry about loud music keeping you up at night. We also provide a sound machine and ear plugs as an additional option. We have a long driveway with plenty of parking and a gate to lock your vehicle. Our house has keyless entry to make it easy to enter the home and safely lock the house when you leave. This house has one bedroom and a living room with a couch that converts into a queen bed. There is one restroom with double vanities and sinks with plenty of counter space. The kitchen is very spacious with a 36” cooktop, double ovens, and plenty of room in the fridge. The backyard has a deck with a spacious backyard and a propane gas grill if your group is interested in grilling. Guest access Onsite parking at the house that can fit 3 large cars. Many options are close by and walking distance which you will see is a common theme in the area. or you can easily find scooters to rent all along St. Mary’s strip. Uber/Lyft rides will be easily accessible as well. Other things to note Our property is in the heart of the nightlife and brunch scene on the St.Mary’s Strip, so there is a lot of car and foot traffic.
