Converted coach house in the heart of the city of Nottingham with private parking space just a short walk away. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage is set over 3 floors, sleeps 7 people and is perfect for families or groups of friends. It is beautifully decorated with modern interiors yet has the feel of a traditional cottage. The finish is of the highest standard and there are modern conveniences to suit all guests. The space The Coach House 2 is tucked away just off the desirable Ropewalk area of Nottingham, yet it is just a 10 minute walk to the bustling city centre. Nottingham Castle is a 15-minute walk away, next to the oldest pub in England (Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem) and the famous Robin Hood statue, and the Michelin starred restaurant (Alchemila) is also walking distance. There is an excellent pub nearby called The Sir John Borlase Warren which has Nottingham's largest gin collection and often live music. Wollaton Park (home to lots of deer and Batman's house) is a 10/15 minute drive and the river Trent is 3 miles away. Market Square and all the main shops, bars and restaurants are on your doorstep. The Coach House 2 has 2 King size bedrooms and a twin room with single beds. There is also a single sofa bed in one of the King bedrooms. There is an adjacent cottage of a similar size (sleeps 8) which can be rented in conjunction with this cottage to make a perfect venue for larger groups. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the cottage. Other things to note There are 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed and a twin bedroom on the ground floor. There is also a single sofa bed in the top floor bedroom. Please note that the stairs to the top floor are quite steep and not suitable for all.
