This is a beautiful home on an isolated stretch of beach that is hard to find in Thailand today. Guest access Full access to the villa. Direct access to the beach and sea. Swimming pool. Two BIC paddle boards and two BIC kayak available for careful use at your own risk with life vests, paddles etc. Garage can comfortably park one car max size Toyota Fortuner. Extra cars can park in front of the house. The house may now easily be accessed due to several new rail crossings and newly paved roads. Still heavily modified low clearance sports-cars & vans as well as supercars could face some challenges once off the access road. Other things to note The house is in good condition. The access roads have been redone after the heavy rains years ago. Check with me and the helper on status and which rail crossing to take please for smooth arrival. Best rail crossing is bridge in front of Tolani Kui Buri Resort (former X2 Kui Buri). Breakfast available at a charge. Dinner and well all meals can also be provided at additional cost. 1-2 days advance booking please of meal service is essential and required for entire stay as helpers need to drive to the markets. This needs to be paid in cash to household staff according to the stipulated rate.
