Proudly boasting of the vividness of nature and heritage, this abode was designed to be a getaway by a French connoisseur in 1840. BEDROOMS - The bedroom is on the ground floor. - It has AC, WiFi, heater, king-sized bed, twin beds and attached bathroom. BATHROOMS - The attached bathroom has a geyser, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats 12 people. - It offers a music system, WiFi, heater and fireplace. - The dining area seats 10 people. - There are 3 sprawling lawns with seating. - There is a laundry room. - The common areas may have to be shared with other guests. KITCHEN - Kitchen is accessible only if the guest books the entire villa and will be charged at Rs 2000 per day. - It is equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a water purifier, a toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - If the property is booked for less than 7 nights, guests can opt for the meal package. Please refer to the menu for the prices. - If the property is booked for more than 7 nights, a chef can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. - Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Dikra Restaurant, Riverside Restaurant, Third Eye Cafe & Restaurant and Malsi Greens Vegetarian Restaurant. Guest access The guests have access to their room and the common areas of the villa. Guests may have to share the villa’s common areas with other guests. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are able to provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo or gather around the fireplace. Guests can step out to explore flora and fauna including the litchi orchard or enjoy birdwatching. They can request for a bonfire to be lit up. They can also head to the clubhouse near to the villa, and play various board games, chess, carrom and badminton. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The common areas may have to be shared with other guests. - The villa is relatively secluded. - This property is not suitable for pets. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support fans and lights for up to 5-7 hours. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Lunch, Snacks and Dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - Kitchen can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs.2000 per day. - Barbecue kit is available at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per night. Groceries and charcoal will be charged as per actuals. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1500 for 3 hours. - The indoor fireplace can be used at an extra charge of Rs.1000 for 2 hours. - 1 female and 2 male staff can be accommodated in an outhouse at an additional cost of Rs.500 per person.
