If smoking is detected, a fine of ¥50,000 or more may be charged depending on the situation. ・For bulky items (e.g., suitcases), please notify us in advance. A disposal fee will apply. Unauthorized dumping will incur a fine of ¥10,000. ・Towels, bath towels, and bed linens will be provided according to the number of guests in the reservation. If you require additional items during your stay, an extra fee will apply. Please feel free to contact us at any time if needed. ・Please keep quiet after 10:00 PM. ・Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering the room. ・Pets are not allowed. ・Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. ・Only guests who booked through Airbnb are allowed to stay. ・If you use kitchenware such as dishes or pans, please wash and return them to their original place. ・Please turn off lights, air conditioners, and heaters when going out. ・Please separate trash into burnable, non-burnable, recyclables, and bulky items. ・Do not place trash outside please. If the trash does not fit in the bin, please place it on the balcony.　(Note: Trash generated during short-term stays is classified as business waste and must be handled accordingly.)
