The space The country house is surrounded by the adjoining olive grove, and overlooks a centuries-old oak grove (the only survivor in the valley) cultivated with olive trees, vineyards and hazelnut groves. The two rooms (12 sqm each) available are simply furnished, located on the first floor, the view is open to the valley, you can see the Tolfa mountains 50 km away. The kitchen-living room contains an electric hob, a small fridge (no frost), and utensils for cooking and eating independently. Other things to note The dirt road has the reputation of being uncomfortable but with a suitable car (HIGH, jeep, pickup, crossover or SHORT STEP) and a little skill, the problem is overcome. Absolutely NO station wagons, low cars, or thin tires. This year, 2025, the winter was not very rainy, and the road only has one difficult bump. You can park on the paved road. The 250 meters on foot, if you do not arrive with the right car, gives space for a walk of 7/8 minutes. (for luggage and any need I will shuttle with my old Fiat Panda) At the time of booking I will send you the state of the dirt road so you will not have surprises. It should also be considered that dirt roads lead to quiet places, without the need for walls and gates. The impact with nature, for those who seek and love it, is immediate.
