The space The apartment is located on the 12th floor with elevators and has all the amenities (washing machine, fridge, microwave, 2 coffee machines, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer...) and everything you need for cooking. Linens and towels are provided, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo to help out. You will enjoy the terrace with its panoramic and unobstructed ocean views. Private underground parking and very nice swimming pool (open seasonally from April to end of October). Beautiful beaches within a 10-minute walk (Praia da Rocha, Praia dos Três Castelos... and nightlife (bars, restaurants, shops...) Faro Airport is 60 km away. Portimão is very well located for sightseeing from East to West. Guest access Guests have access to the building's shared pool. The pool is open seasonally from early May to late October. Access to the gym is public and subject to a fee; see the rates on site. Other things to note The pool is open from April to October from 8am to 8pm. A large gym is on site, access is from the outside by road. It is an independent gym and services and sessions are subject to a fee, check directly with the gym for any information.
