Our large, recently built home is perfect for up to 7 people (max four adults) staying in Brighton. It offers a huge, open plan family kitchen, a balcony with views across Brighton and the sea, West facing patio and garden, private parking for one car plus on street parking. 1.5 miles (35 minute walk) to city centre and 2 miles (40 minute walk) to the beach. The space This Brighton town house on a quiet cul de sac of 9 family homes was built on 2013. It has 3 big bedrooms, and can sleep 6 very comfortably indeed. This is our primary residence (we are a family of four) and we let our house on Airbnb when we are away on holiday. The house is split over 3 floors with an enormous kitchen/ living area taking up most of the ground floor, with panoramic views into the garden. There's a dining area and sofas, space for the kids to play and a top notch kitchen with induction hob, microwave and 2 fan ovens plus a decent coffee machine. The first floor has the master bedroom with bathroom, and a very large living room, with its own balcony. The balcony is amazing: it faces South west (sunny evenings), and the view stretches from the sea across the city, up to the Downs. There are two children's bedrooms plus a family bathroom on the second floor and a guest bedroom on the ground floor, with a double sized very comfy sofa bed. OUTSIDE: The back garden has a large patio, garden table and chairs, plus a lawn and flower beds. There is a designated parking space in front of the house, with room for one car. If you want to bring additional cars, there is on street meter parking available nearby. KIDS: The house is child friendly and there is a travel cot. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 bath and a cloakroom on the ground floor). There's also a utility room with washing machine. OTHER STUFF: We let our home when on holiday or away, so obviously all our stuff is still in it...but we will leave you drawer space in the bedrooms, fridge and freezer space. We have a cat, Bruce. He is used to children, however he likes to keep to himself so you won't see much of him. The house sleeps up to four adults with up to four children. It's a quiet street full of families and so guests are not allowed to bring any visitors into the house other than those booked at the time of reservation. Any questions, just send me a message...
