This beautifully furnished and decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch house is centrally located to everything Smoky Mountains have to offer (Dollywood, Splash Country, Pigeon Forge Island, Sevierville Tanger Outlet, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, and more). It features large fenced backyard with barbecue grill and patio furniture for families and friends to enjoy relaxing time together and make great memories. It is a beautiful ranch house close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and only 5 miles from Dollywood and Splash Country. Gatlinburg is only a short 15 minutes, scenic drive(windy backroads). Tanger Outlets in Sevierville as well as The Island in Pigeon Forge are only 15 minutes away. Most attractions are in Pigeon Forge(Dinner shows, putt putt, Skyland Ranch, Mountain Coasters, etc.). Traffic can get heavy near the home. Especially during busy season. It is located off Pittman Center Rd. which is used as a main backroad to go between Sevierville and Gatlinburg. Please take this into account when booking. The driveway is up against the road so you need to be extremely careful when pulling in and out of the driveway. Cleanliness is our priority. My crew does a meticulous job at keeping the home sanitary, fresh, and immaculate. We work hard to achieve 5 stars in this category. If we missed something while cleaning, you can contact us and we will immediately come out. We are not too far from the home and as our guests you deserve the best. Unfortunately, our freezer is no longer producing ice. We have left trays to make ice. And you can pick up bags from the convenience store nearby if you need more. Bring your clothes, food, and start relaxing. And have a blast while listening to the Dollywood train whistle. You are not far away from it! If you need anything specific, let us know beforehand and we are happy to deliver it to you. Our house is family friendly, equipped with barbecue grill, 3 car parking space, pack’N play and high chair. Open floor plan allows you to enjoy family and friends time whether you are preparing meals, playing cards, or watching a movie. Living room features a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, 55 inches flat screen TV. You can access all apps through the Roku. There is complimentary internet access for the guests to use. There are ceiling fans in the living room in all three bedrooms. Master bedroom features queen size bed and private master bathroom with stand-up tiled shower. Second bedroom with full size bed and the third bedroom with twin over full size bunk bed. Each bedroom is equipped with flat screen TV. There is a bathtub/shower in the second bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Guest access There is a code lock on the door. I will contact you the day before your stay with the code. Other things to note We provide linens and towels along with starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, hand soap and trash bags.
