Guest access Digital lock can check in anytime Other things to note * Washing/Dryer machine: 1. The machine has dryer function and you are welcome to use it. 2. Maximum Capacity for WASHER is 7KG, Maximum Capacity for DRYER is 3.5KG. Exceeding these weights will run the risk of the machine overheating and as a result a safety shutdown and locking of the door denying access to laundry inside. ** Please try not use the microwave whilst the Washing machine is running as this will also cause a power cutout similarly causing a locking of the door. What we have for you is a laundry, drying machine, the laundry part should not exceed 7 kg, the drying part should not exceed 3.5 kg.If the standard is exceeded, the machine will automatically lose power during use due to excessive power consumption, which may affect your use of other appliances in the kitchen, and because of the protective effect of the washing machine, you cannot open the door of the washing machine directly. 3. If you cannot open the door, please turn on the power, and check whether a lock sign, if there is a lock sign, please wait for couple minutes until the lock sign disappears, then you can open the door. If the operation is suddenly interrupted or the power is cut off, and the washing machine stops working but cannot open the door, please do not panic. Turn on the power and you will find a lock sign on the screen, wait for about 1-5 minutes for the lock sign to disappear, you can easily open the door of the washing machine (because the front door washing machine is still working, so you can't open the door of the washing machine directly)
