Description

We are a guest house with 6 ensuite rooms in the heart of Sea Point in a quite street within a short walking distance to many shops and restaurants and only 3 minutes walk to the Beach Road Promenade. We have photovoltaic electricity and offer a 200Mbps wifi on the entire property 24/7. The space Our rooms are all equipped with en-suite bathrooms and all have their own entrance/exit directly into the garden, each with a personal area (courtyard or terrace) with teak garden chairs and a granite table. Everything is there to make you feel comfortable with us straight away. Guest access We offer our guests a beautiful garden with a spacious pool and loungers with cushions. Breakfast (not included in the room price, is charged extra as a flat rate per person) is served until 12 p.m. and consists of a breakfast buffet with juices, yoghurt, various muesli variants, home-baked bread, jams, cold cuts of sausage and ham, a cheese platter as well as fresh bread rolls and Croissants. Our Faema E61 prepares fresh cappucini, espressos, etc. Warm dishes (omelette, English breakfast, etc.) are freshly prepared according to individual wishes.
