With Praa Sands beach just down the road, our flat is perfectly located for days on the beach or long walks along the beautiful Cornish coastal paths. Newly renovated and with a small private garden, this getaway is a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a full day exploring the Cornish coast, surfing or just relaxing. The space It has a designated parking space with a private entrance leading into the living room with TV and free WiFi There is a modern kitchen with everything you need when on holiday, a newly renovated shower room, a large double bedroom and a private garden. Guest access Our flat is a separate annex to our house with designated parking space by the wooden troth with Star Jasmine planted in. To the side of the flat there is also an enclosed garden that is for our guests to use. We wish that our guests respect that the rest of our drive as well as our gardens and the outhouses are for private use only. Other things to note We only accept adults as guests. We don’t accept children or pets to stay within our flat.
