CrossRoads Cottage, established in 2013, is a small cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, tv room/bedroom and kitchen. Guests have the convenience of the entire house. Note: Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the cottage. Note: Price includes up to 4 guests at the cottage. Each additional guest will be $10 extra to accommodate for food, linens, and water useage. Note: There will be a $250 fee for smoking and/or pet violations The space CrossRoads Cottage is within <1 mile of downtown Elkins. Events and attractions include the Mountain State Forest Festival, American Mountain Theater, The New Tygart Flyer (train rides available), Gandy Dancer, Augusta Heritage Festival, events at Davis & Elkins College, and the Ramp Festival to name a few. Other nearby attractions include Snowshoe Mountain Resort, Canaan Valley Resort, Audra State Park, and Stewarts Park. Guest access Guests will have the convenience of the entire house Other things to note Breakfast food such as muffins, cereals, milk, waffle/pancake mix, oats, and fresh fruit will be provided. Guests may eat/cook food provided at their convenience.
