Our place is inside a 24/7 secured subdivision, keeping you safer during your stay. Guest access They can access every part of the Villa. Other things to note EXCLUSIVE FOR FAMILY GATHERING. House Rules: 1. Strictly for 10pax guest only. 2. Smoking is not allowed inside the bedrooms and comfort rooms, smoking are allowed outdoors. 3. Any Damages to the property are charged to the Guest. 4. Bring your own personal toiletries(shampoo & soap), towels and dining utensils, complimentary of 1 gallon of water. 5. Children are permitted in pools as long as supervised by an adult (no lifeguard is on duty). 6. Proper swimming attire. 7. Pets are allowed but not inside the rooms. 8. No excessive noise during your stay due to the subdivision policy and respect to surrounding neighbours. 9. LPG usage will cost addtl 300 per night.
