This entire property is a NO SMOKING zone. This spacious, modern and well equipped studio suite is conveniently located in the quiet north east corner of Lake Macquarie, just three minutes stroll from the lakeside. The space comprises the entire lower floor of the property, with private entrance and parking accessible from the rear. Internet connection is excellent as we have fibre to the home connected. The space includes a large 30 square metre room with queen bed, table and chairs for two, couch and relaxing space. Plenty of room here to spread out your belongings without being cramped. Adjoining is the laundry / kitchenette with washer, dryer, small fridge, microwave, electric grill (George Foreman), toaster, kettle, tea and coffee, and all you need to prepare your own breakfast, snacks and light meals. However there is no oven, cooktop or BBQ. The private, spacious bathroom leads off the laundry with shower, toilet and vanity. The outside space has an attractive covered sitting area and secured parking large enough for a car and a small boat. As the studio is below our own living space, you will hear us moving around. We do, however, make every attempt to keep noise to a minimum. Guest access Access and secure parking is at the rear of the property. With 170 kms of lake foreshore to explore, an extensive stretch of pristine coastline, the Watagan mountain ranges and the Hunter Valley Wine Region on the doorstep, the opportunities are endless. Newcastle too offers a variety of attractions from the busy harbourside, the coastal ANZAC memorial walkway and the ocean baths, to the Civic Quarter, Art Gallery, markets and extensive range of excellent cafes and restaurants.
