The French Quarters~ Bring your pet

Gorgeous French~inspired Cottage, completely gated on a street lined with gorgeous mature trees, the neighborhood prides itself on it's State Historic Register certified~ turn of the century homes. Charming large backyard, patio, 2 gated dog runs makes for a people~loving, dog friendly, relaxed and irresistible experience. The space The cottage is completely private and detached from the front house, with it's own front and back entrance and exit. Full alarm system, and exterior security cameras. It consists of a large living room/ kitchenette with lg. flat screen TV, cable, and wireless included. A separate one bedroom with a queen size bed, and flat screen TV in bedroom, bath with shower. Queen size inflatable mattress sleeps (2) comfortably. Ottoman in living room, transforms into twin size bed. Private bathroom, with shower. Cottage doors lead to lovely patio area perfect for morning coffee, or a glass of vine after a full day of sight seeing, or visiting the local colleges. Guests are welcome on front house porch with host availability. We are located within walking distance of Western Sciences University, close as well to The Claremont Colleges, Cal Poly Pomona, and The University of LaVerne,. Guest access Guests are able to use backyard, and patio areas. Dogs and dog run access extra fee. Dogs Extra Fee: $30.00 per dog per day, includes use of dog run, and doghouse. All dogs must have current tags, and proof of current vaccinations. Limit four dogs at a time. Will consider other pets. All pet owners expected to clean up after their pets. Pooper scooper and plastic bags provided. No pets are allowed in the guest house unattended. No exceptions. No pets allowed on the sofa, bed, or furnishings. No exceptions. Cleaning deposit will be specific to each individual reservation, and type and number of pets. Other things to note We have a very large, completely gated, and secure property. Perfect for outside camping, and recreation for families. Kids are able to camp outside, while parents enjoy inside comfort while being in very close proximity to the children. We have perfect accommodations for family vacations with or without pets, for family get~ togethers, birthday parties, graduation celebrations, actually only limited by your imagination. Approval will be granted on an individual basis, in consideration of our neighbors, and our ability to provide for fun and safety. Cleaning deposits will be vary per event.
