This is a full open finished basement with a large recreational room, one bedroom, and 3/4 bath. Other features include: a security system, main level laundry (shared), and a fenced backyard with a patio. Located less than a mile to popular Cottonwood Creek Park to enjoy the many amenities. Some of which include, a recreational center with pool, softball and soccer fields, street hockey rink, the hiking trails, and open grassy areas. This space is available for 30 days and more only. The space Well maintained home in established, quiet neighborhood. You'll notice New Carpeting and New Paint on main level and basement as you enter the formal living room and dining room with vaulted ceiling. The shared eat-in kitchen has counter bar that overlooks the family room, which has gas fireplace and sliding glass doors leading out to back patio. Our unique space is less than 20 minutes from any event, major hospital, and tourist attractions/hiking trails in the area. Guest access Guests are welcome to the kitchen, laundry room, living areas, and of course the large downstairs recreational room. During your stay You can always call or text me. However I am a full time student with a job so I will try to be as available as I possibly can. We will try to greet and welcome you when you arrive. After that, we give you your space and you are welcome to reach out with any questions by messaging or giving us a call. Other things to note Kitchen is shared but feel free to use it. I do live with my boyfriend so be aware of that. Do not disturb hank the squirrel who lives in our backyard. We also have a bird, he is a Green Cheek Conure, which is one of the quieter of the parrot species. He is usually very quiet. This type of bird is recommended for apartments and places like that. His name is Kiwi.
