Rustic and private rural/serene setting in Sierra Foothills on 3 acres with trees and wildlife - 8 min to Bass Lake - 45 min to Southgate entrance of Yosemite National Park/1.5 hours to Yosemite Valley Floor - 45 min to Fresno-25 min to Chukchansi Casino. Our cabin cottage has approximately 365 square feet of living space. For the comfort of our visitors, and due to the restrictions of the coronavirus we have temporarily reduced our maximum occupancy to 2 persons including all children. "No Shoes" .. "Non-Smoking" ... Clean, cozy and comfortable cabin cottage with essential amenities. The nightly fee includes two people. There is an extra guest fee of $10 per person/per night over two people if permitted by the host. There is central heating for winter months and a portable air conditioner from June through August. Please Note: July and August are the hottest months sometimes in the 100's. There are ceiling fans in each room. One queen platform bed in bedroom one, one full with twin bunk over top in bedroom two. Bring your own personal Items/toieletries. There is a picnic table in front of the cabin. Due to continuous high fire danger, NO OPEN FIRES are permitted at any time. We have a central BBQ area with a gas grill available for our visitors. Sanitation is required before and after each use. Cabin has a stove/oven and full sized refrigerator/freezer. Grab your book, sit on the porch and enjoy a tranquil outdoor nature experience with deer and wildlife roaming the property. Non-paved access - convenient parking outside of cabin. There is plenty of open space outside of the cabin to enjoy. We have a central BBQ area for our visitors, but we also enjoy getting to know our visitors by inviting them to our main house for conversation and sharing. Hosts live on property as well, but cabin cottages are away from main house so everyone has their privacy. A folder has been created and sits on table with helpful information on local areas, hiking trails and sites to visit. Hosts are on-site and available to answer your questions at any time. Acres of opens space around main property. We have neighbors but with open space between us, the cabin setting is private and peaceful. No public transportation. Bass Lake is only a few minutes away and Bandit Town is down the street about a mile. Their are many other lakes within a half hour including State managed Manzanita Lake.
