The historic building of the Villa Grenzschlösschen has been expanded by an interesting, modern extension and completely restored. Today, the villa with its central yet quiet location in the middle of the imperial baths offers the best conditions for relaxing and eventful days by the sea. The beach and promenade are about 200 meters away, and the lively center of the Ahlbeck seaside resort with restaurants, bakeries and shops is about 500 meters away. Other things to note The unmistakable apartment number 5 is located on the first floor of the historic villa "Grenzschlösschen". Immediately upon entering, you will notice the many loving details and the retained originality of the design elements. The ceiling beams in the entire living room, as well as the wood of the balconies on the parapet and roofing, have been refurbished, and their color scheme has been retained. The windows and doors continue to radiate the charm of the past. You will feel comfortable here quickly. The apartment can accommodate 2 people on 60 square meters. In the spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen is stylishly integrated. A cozy seating area invites you to relax. While meals are being prepared, the second person can read on the bar stools or in the cocktail chairs or provide entertainment together. The living area leads to the covered balcony, which also offers protection on rainy days and invites you to linger comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower and a bathtub. In the spacious bedroom there is a double bed as well as a relaxing lounger. From here you can access the second balcony. In the colder season, when the surrounding trees are less leafy, you can look out over the Baltic Sea. In this apartment you will not miss anything for a special vacation experience. For our little guests, a baby travel cot incl. mattress (but without linen) and a high chair are available. An assigned parking space is located at the house, WiFi can be used free of charge. Bicycles brought along can be safely stored in the basement of the house.
