Located 300 meters from Casa da Música, Domus Duorum is a century-old house, built around 1895, whose peculiar architecture tells a little of Porto's history. Here you will find an authentic and comfortable place and and enjoy an excellent breakfast. From the area, Boavista, you can easily reach the most famous places by metro, bus or on foot in a few minutes. Each room is unique and the aim is to make you feel at home, but away from home, and experience being almost like a local! The space Domus Duorum is located in a privileged area of Porto, Boavista. Here, you are at half central point of the city, on one side is downtown and on the other the Atlantic Ocean. The house is located in an old type of working-class neighborhood, characteristic of the city, which is called "Ilha". The place is very quiet despite being so close to the downtown´s hustle and bustle. The construction dates back to 1895, a time when the materials used were mostly natural, such as stone and wood. When renovating the building, we tried to maintain these characteristics, but added amenities such as private bathrooms, air conditioning,... We created the atmosphere of a welcoming home, where you can return with pleasure at the end of the day! Guest access Domus Duorum is located in a safe area called Boavista. The street is quiet and with several services nearby, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. There is free public parking on the street of the accommodation and nearby. There is also paid parking, on the street and in a covered parking lot. It is very easy to access the area from the airport or train station, using the metro or bus. During your stay Guests can count on my support throughout their stay. During the morning I will be at the accommodation for breakfast and cleaning, and during the rest of the day you can contact me by phone. I will be a timely and discreet presence. Other things to note A breakfast buffet will be served every morning, seeking to meet your preferences and, if requested, taking into account your special dietary regime. You can enjoy this meal inside or on the patio. In addition to the bedroom, you will find common areas, such as a kitchen with space to enjoy a meal, where you can make use of equipment such as a kettle, coffee machine or refrigerator.
