34 m2 apartment, 10 m2 south-facing terrace with superb unobstructed view, just 2 min walk from the heart of the resort. Private parking in a covered garage (it is not possible to enter with a roof box). Ideal for 4 people Warm and friendly atmosphere. The space Large living room with kitchenette, dining area and living room, quality folding bed 140 x 200, mountain corner with bunk bed. Electric roller shutters. Electric radiators and central heating. Ski locker. board games, books. Appliances: microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue pot, kettle, toaster, Garden furniture on the balcony. Household products provided. Linens and towels available at extra cost. 2 sets of keys. Pillows and duvets are provided. The dimensions of the pillows are 60 x 60 on which there is a protective cover, please provide your pillowcases. The size of the folding bed mattress is 140 x 200 equipped with a mattress protector as well as on the bunk beds. You must leave the apartment as clean and tidy as on arrival and bring your sheets, towels, toilet paper, soap. OPTIONAL SERVICES (to be booked and paid upon arrival) The following services are available on request: - Supply of sheets: €12 per set per bed - Supply of towels: €3 per bath towel. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, as well as the ski locker and private parking in a covered garage. If you would like a different duration, please contact me to check availability. Other things to note Additional rules: - Mandatory incoming and outgoing inventory - Cleaning deposit €80 -The tenant undertakes to respect the premises and people, in the use of common areas, day and night, and this with respect for the neighbors, noise pollution is not accepted. -If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract, and without prior agreement, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the contract. -The accommodation is NON-SMOKING. - No pets allowed. -The owner is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage of any kind during or following a stay in the apartment. - The tenant is responsible for the costs incurred by improper use of the rented property and equipment or for not having left it in good order.
