The size of the folding bed mattress is 140 x 200 equipped with a mattress protector as well as on the bunk beds. You must leave the apartment as clean and tidy as on arrival and bring your sheets, towels, toilet paper, soap. OPTIONAL SERVICES (to be booked and paid upon arrival) The following services are available on request: - Supply of sheets: €12 per set per bed - Supply of towels: €3 per bath towel. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, as well as the ski locker and private parking in a covered garage. Other things to note Additional rules: - Mandatory incoming and outgoing inventory - Cleaning deposit €80 -The tenant undertakes to respect the premises and people, in the use of common areas, day and night, and this with respect for the neighbors, noise pollution is not accepted. -If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract, and without prior agreement, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the contract. -The accommodation is NON-SMOKING. - No pets allowed. -The owner is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage of any kind during or following a stay in the apartment. - The tenant is responsible for the costs incurred by improper use of the rented property and equipment or for not having left it in good order.
