Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach. The space House is on the beach. Neatly divided in 3 tiny houses. It is renovated in 2019, exactly as shown in the photos. Guest access There is an independent entrance/exit to each house, parking in two places because two roads end and you can reach everywhere on foot. Each house has a private balcony, comfortable for breakfast and coffee during the day with a UV BLACKOUT tent that protects from the sun's rays. Other things to note The 4 beaches in Skoutari are sandy, all of them you can visit on foot. The 3 taverns are unique, in Katsikaros you will eat fresh fish and lobster with mezes, in Kalamakia meat and fish and in Kafeneio tou Giannis (Menenakou) above in the Village you will enjoy triplet (wedger, fried pie with cheese) after 8:00 pm: pulled by Octavia's little hands, wedgers grilled by Mr. Giannis and Nikolas (son) will also deliver to your homes with his super-bike.
