The Gardener's Cottage - Holyford Farm

The Gardener's Cottage is part of a converted Victorian coach house and is located opposite the main farmhouse. It has beautiful character features such as exposed stone walls, a slate tile floor and a wood burner. It has its own private patio with bistro table and chair set, but there are also various other seating areas around the farm for guests to enjoy the sound of the nearby stream, waterfall and abundant birdsong. The space The well equipped downstairs kitchen/dining area also has a small two seater leather sofa, to relax in front of the wood burning stove. There is also a dining table and chairs, plus a TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed, a large built-in wardrobe and chest-of-drawers, plus a wall-mounted Sony TV. The en-suite bathroom comprises a bath with mixer shower taps, an over bath electric shower, wash basin and towel rail. The separate toilet with a small basin is downstairs. Guest access Guests are very welcome to walk dogs on a lead around the farm areas. The patio area is not enclosed, so dogs do need to be well behaved or tethered. Guests are welcome to enjoy other seating areas around the property. A kadai fire bowl and bbq are available on request. If you wish to meet and feed some corn to our group of friendly Lohmann chickens, just ask. Other things to note Small to medium size dogs only please. Dogs aren't permitted upstairs. The patio area is semi-secure (low barriers) but there is a lead tethering point.
