Part of a medieval farmstead which dates back to the 14th century it features ; A bright open plan living/kitchen space with large bifold doors opening onto a secluded south facing terrace with beautiful rural views.. A lovely separate bedroom and large en-suite shower room. The addition of old mirrors, decorative accent pieces and attention to detail make this property a dream location for a quiet getaway or special occasion. The Dairy has a fully equipped kitchen complete with; Large fridge/freezer Microwave Toaster Dishwasher Range-style oven with ceramic hob Nespresso coffee machine and a Washing machine/dryer. Your own dedicated powerful Starlink WiFi throughout. The lounge area benefits from a Sony Bravia 55 inch OLED 4K smart TV with Netflix included and an award winning Samsung Bluetooth speaker. A traditional Clearview wood burning stove will ensure that your stay is always warm, cosy and relaxing We supply you with plenty of logs at no extra cost. In the separate bedroom you will find a wonderfully comfortable King size bed from Heals of London draped in sumptuous linens and Egyptian cotton bed sheets. The handcrafted solid oak dressing table can also be used as a convenient work space. We have provided a state of the art Dyson fan, the perfect companion for warm summer nights and a cosy hot water bottle for those frosty evenings. The light and spacious en-suite boasts a large walk in shower, beautiful limestone flooring with under-floor heating and ambient lighting. Egyptian cotton bath sheets and hand towels are provided along with hand wash and shower gel. Outside there is a large and private south facing terrace with seating and views over the water meadows where you can stroll down to the River Uck boundary. It is not uncommon to see herds of passing deer along with the neighbouring sheep and keep an eye out for the beautiful buzzards who have made their home in the surrounding trees. For those of you who like to bring a bike away with you we have installed a sturdy outdoor bike rack that will accommodate three bicycles. A BBQ can be available upon request. Guest access The Dairy is detached and set away from the Farmhouse, your parking is adjacent to the building. Other things to note The Dairy is one of two beautiful conversions on our property, the other being The Longhouse which also sleeps only two guests and is another amazing destination for a relaxing break. Both have their own private outside space and whilst being relatively close and enjoying the same views they remain very private from one another. Please note that mobile phone reception is limited however wifi calling is accessible. Unfortunately not safe or suitable for children or infants. No extra guests or visitors unless by prior arrangement please. No smoking within the property. No dogs or pets. There is one step down into the shower room. Please be aware that we are adjacent to a small Sussex farm and as such there may occasionally be the chance of farm related noise for example from a tractor, chainsaw, grass cutting, sheep etc. No parties or filming. There is the occasional chance of a power outage here at The Dairy normally due to adverse weather.
