The Cozy Cove Cabin

Come make memories at the Cozy Cove Cabin on Sebec Lake. ✦ The Cozy Cove Cabin is your four-season escape, a private retreat surrounded by open skies, glassy water, and the kind of quiet that restores you. Paddle at dawn, gather around the fire at dusk, and fall asleep to loons calling. Groceries & restaurants just 15 min away. Bangor International Airport 45 min away. Stay at the Cozy Cove Cabin and recharge. The space Kitchen: The cabin is fully equipped with a kitchen that is stocked with all the essentials to cook including pots, pans, and serving equipment. There is a coffee and tea bar for you morning wake up as well. Our water is from a well and is safe to drink. Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a stand up shower and sink as well as a fully flushable toilet. There are towels provided and extras in the closet in the corner of the bathroom. Living Space: A love seat and a recliner make up this space. There is a smart television provided that is hooked up to WiFi for your television watching wishes. We do not have a satellite or cable service however you can stream television (Netflix is provided). Bedroom 1: offers a Queen bed with a night stand. Bedroom 2: bedroom two comes with a set of twin bunk beds as well as a futon that folds out to a double bed. Extra bedding and blankets can be found in the closet in the living room. The cabin can comfortably seat 6 people at the dinner table. The Deck: There is a propane grill on the back deck for your use. We ask that you make sure to turn off the propane after each use. We also provide a patio table with 4 chairs for eating out on the deck. Outside: In front of the cabin is a fire pit with plenty of wood for your group to sit around the campfire. Please do not leave fires unattended. Waterfront: We have a small waterfront area with a dock for you to enjoy the lake. Feel free to bring your boat or jet ski as there are places to dock these toys! Please note this is a remote lake front cabin. There is wild life and sometimes they will come to shore. If you have any issues with the wildlife please contact us immediately. Guest access We will send check in instructions on the day before or day of checkin. If you need assistance please let us know and we will be happy to help There is laundry with cold water only located in the garage. Please let us know if you will be utilizing this and we will make sure you have a key to the garage. (Only available April 15th to November 15). Other things to note Cell phone reception is pretty slim in this area there are few carriers that work however we do have WiFi if your phone has WiFi calling capability that is the best way to be able to make calls. During the summer and fall we have kayaks, canoes, and a stand up paddle board for your use. If you would like to use them please let us know sizes for your party so we can make sure we have adequate life jackets. There is also a dock for your use and boat launch about a mile from the cabin. The ATV and snowmobile trail both go right by the cabin to get you to many outdoor adventures. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and trailer(s).
