The space Palazzo Tinacci was built in the 12th Century and is on the historic San Gimignano registry... one-of-a-kind! This 800 years old apartment is located in one of the oldest buildings of San Gimignano - Torre Tinacci - and in 2007 it has been renovated paying particular attention to maintaining all its authenticity. Entering through the old main door you will find yourself in the living room where, from the trifora, you will be able to see most of Via San Matteo and catch a glimpse of la Rocca. On the second floor you will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the two double bedrooms and the two bathrooms, both of them equipped with shower. The bedrooms are separated by a door but in order to enter the smaller one you will need to pass through the bigger one. Guest access The apartment is situated inside the old town walls so it won't be possible to park the car nearby (it is a restricted area). Guests will have to find a parking lot outside the walls. The nearest private parking lots are P3 Bagnaia Superiore and P4 Bagnaia Inferiore; then there is a 7 to 10 minutes walk to reach the apartment. Through the tower main door and 5 flights of stairs, guests will have access to the entire apartment.
