The main level includes a large living room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen, primary suite, one queen-sized bedroom, a twin bedroom, a full bath, and a half bath. Multiple sliders allow access to the deck from the living area and the queen bedroom. The lower level has a family room with a 77-inch television, laundry room, full bathroom, king-sized bedroom, and queen bedroom with a Zoom-ready office setup. From this level, you can access the garage and driveway. ***Please note that the picture of the pool will differ. The pool deck has been expanded to accommodate chaise lounges better and will feature additional furnishings. The new pool deck floor was finished with slate pavers. The project was completed in early March. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for utility areas and the owner's storage. Other things to note *** The pool deck has been upgraded. Deck is now larger to accommodate furniture better and it is finished in slate pavers instead of brick. *** -Electricity is included in the rate, as is all gas service to the grill and kitchen. -We supply 50 gallons of gas for the pool heater weekly. Usage is monitored daily, and you will be informed of overage and how to prepay for additional gas. Pool is heated May to September. If the pool is opened in April or October, you can have the pool heated at your expense. Pets need to be pre-approved, house-trained and walked whenever possible. An additional security deposit is required. -The hot tub is open all year.
